Floor plans and pricing for 828 at the Yard condominiums will be released on Wednesday, July 13, and we will begin accepting contracts at that time!
If you have driven by the 828 at Yard site this week, you may have noticed that construction fencing is up and we are preparing for construction to begin. The new condominium development is located at the intersection of Bobcat Avenue and Burr Avenue in Grandview Yard and will consist of a five-story, 35-unit building featuring two bedroom, two bathroom flats. Floor plans ranging from 1,400 to 1,570 square feet and pricing, beginning in the $400’s, will be announced next Wednesday.
Residents of 828 at the Yard will enjoy 10-foot ceilings in every unit, open floor plans and a private outdoor balcony or patio space. The condominiums will include lush landscaping, an exterior brick facade and an enclosed, private parking garage along the north side of the building.
Residents will also have access to the Yard Club, a one-of-a-kind amenity building that will include a resort style swimming pool and spa, a fitness center and a community room.
The 828 at the Yard condominiums will also receive a partial property tax abatement. Additional information will be available along with floor plans and pricing next week.
