Plans are moving forward to fill in one of the last undeveloped lots in Grandview Yard.
Earlier this month, the City of Grandview Heights approved changes to its development agreement for the larger Grandview Yard development in order to facilitate the project, and Nationwide Realty Investors confirmed that work is scheduled to start on the building by the end of this year. The developer is projecting that construction will be complete sometime in 2026.
“Investing more than $100 million in the Parkline project underscores our ongoing commitment to this community and our confidence in the strength of the market,” said Brian Ellis, President of NRI, in a statement. “With Grandview Yard’s occupancy rates consistently exceeding 97%, Parkline will play a crucial role in meeting the unprecedented demand for high-quality residential options in our thriving neighborhood.”
The new building will sit just north of the 2.5-acre triangular park at the intersection of First Avenue and Yard Street, and south of the commercial building on Yard Street that holds Habaneros Tacos and Winans Coffee & Chocolate, among other businesses.
