Nationwide Realty Investors announced Thursday, Feb. 4, that eight new office tenants would move to Grandview Yard.
They’ll move into existing buildings at the Yard and will occupy more than 24,000 square feet.
Hilliard Lyons and Unum Life Insurance Co. will move into the office building at 800 Yard St.
Seamless Logistics and Columbus Hospitality Management will occupy space in the 775 Yard St. building.
The U.S. Navy, Arch City Dental LLC, and FKP Architects Inc. will move into the Keystone Building at 845 Yard St., and Executive Eye Care LLC will be a tenant in the building at 895 W. Third Ave. that is anchored by Ohio Health Urgent Care.
“The demand for space at Grandview yard is high. As development continues to mature, we are able to provide an even more engaging mixed-use environment for these new office tenants,” NRI president and COO Brian Ellis said in his announcement.
Several new components at the Yard will open later this year, including the first of three buildings in Nationwide Insurance’s new corporate campus; the Courtyard by Marriott hotel and The Grand Event Center conference center; and the third phase of the Apartments at Grandview Yard.
Eddie George’s Grille 27 restaurant also will open in the building formerly occupied by the Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill.
